Join the revolution!

While Pridefest is a celebration of our community, it is also important to remember that Pride began as a revolutionary protest. Ozarks Pridefest and the GLO Center is committed to continuing on this legacy of revolutionary advocacy. We hope you will join us in supporting liberation for all during pride season and beyond.

We have curated a list of organizations you can check out if you would like to become part of the revolution for social, political, and economic equality of all. Many of these organizations work specifically with LGBTQIA+ people and/or are advocates for the community as part of their broader mission. There are many ways to support these organizations such as donating, signing up to volunteer, joining their mailing lists, attending their events/protests/advocacy missions, or simply by following and sharing their content on social media to spread the word.

There are a number of amazing organizations doing revolutionary work in the greater Ozarks region. Local charities are great for directly supporting your community, building community connections, and for providing local volunteer opportunities.
