To complete this form: If you plan to have a booth at this event, you will need to submit your Nonprofit Solicitation License. Please note that this is NOT the same as your 501c3/tax exempt. If you have any questions regarding your business license, please contact licensing@springfieldmo.gov.
We strongly encourage the submission of logos in vector format (eps, svg, ai) in order to maintain optimal print quality on bags
Changes to your sponsorship package must be made by April 30.

City of Springfield Business License

The City of Springfield REQUIRES all nonprofits to have a Nonprofit Solicitation License to participate in this event, whether you are selling products during the festival or not. Pride Parade

The Pridefest Parade will step off at 11:30 am at the Springfield Municipal Court parking lot on the corner of Chestnut Expy and N Benton Ave. Line-up is at 10:30 am for floats and motor vehicles and 10:45 am if you are walking. The parade ends at the square in Downtown Springfield at 12 pm.

This sponsorship includes a traditional booth space and 2 minutes stage time OR you can forgo your own booth or stage presence to help cover costs for a local QTBIPOC vendor (Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, People of Color).

The City of Springfield requires us to report anything that will be handed out at booths. (This includes pamphlets, water, food, merchandise, etc.) Please provide a short description of what, if anything, your business/organization will be handing out at your booth. If you will not be handing out any materials, please type, "None."

Some Sponsor/Vendor Categories offer Premium booth placement. We will do our best to accommodate requests; though this is not a guarantee of location. If you have a preferred location, please describe, indicating any special specific needs (electricity, privacy, near grass for pups, etc.).

Ozarks Inclusion Project

With this sponsorship, you will receive a Premium Listing on OzarksInclusionProject.org for 6 months at no additional charge.

The Ozarks Inclusion Project connects the LGBTQIA+ community in southwest Missouri with the inclusive businesses and organizations who are excited about employing, housing, and offering services to gay and transgender folks. This is a year-round online directory, coupled with trainings, and other ways of connecting. Basic listings are free, and 3 months of Sponsored or Premium listings are included with specific Sponorship categories, as indicated above.
