Vendor FAQ

Mobile Food Vendor - $200

This option is for businesses that currently have an active mobile food vending permit.

*YOU WILL NEED A MOBILE FOOD VENDING PERMIT AND A CITY OF SPRINGFIELD BUSINESS LICENSE TO COMPLETE THIS FORM. THE CITY WILL PROVIDE 1-DAY LICENSES.*

Food Vendor - $200

This option is for businesses that currently have a brick-and-mortar location, that want to sell food at the event.

*YOU WILL NEED A CITY OF SPRINGFIELD BUSINESS LICENSE TO COMPLETE THIS FORM. THE CITY WILL PROVIDE 1-DAY LICENSES.*

Goods & Services - $150

This option is for businesses that sell goods and services (not food) that have a business license. If you're queer-owned, you can scroll down and select Queer Marketplace.

*YOU WILL NEED A CITY OF SPRINGFIELD BUSINESS LICENSE TO COMPLETE THIS FORM. THE CITY WILL PROVIDE 1-DAY LICENSES.*

Queer Marketplace - $50

The Queer Marketplace features local individuals and queer-owned businesses of all kinds.

*YOU WILL NEED A CITY OF SPRINGFIELD BUSINESS LICENSE TO COMPLETE THIS FORM. THE CITY WILL PROVIDE 1-DAY LICENSES.*
