Thank you for your interest in Ozarks Pridefest! Please find the correct box below and then read the instructions carefully before proceeding.

Non-Profit Sponsors

IMPORTANT: All Nonprofit organizations that are setting up a booth at Pridefest will need to submit their Nonprofit Solicitation License with a copy of the Secretary of State letter to the City of Springfield. Please note that this is NOT the same as your 501c3/tax exempt. The Nonprofit Solicitation License form can be found at https://www.springfieldmo.gov/DocumentCenter/View/59409/NonProfitSolictApp. If you have any questions regarding your business license, please visit https://www.springfieldmo.gov/345/Business-Licensing or contact licensing@springfieldmo.gov.

Vendor Booth Only

Please read the options and instructions carefully so you know which vendor option to choose. The deadline to register is April 30th.

Mobile Food Vendor - $200

This option is for businesses that currently have an active mobile food vending permit.

*YOU WILL NEED A MOBILE FOOD VENDING PERMIT AND A CITY OF SPRINGFIELD BUSINESS LICENSE TO COMPLETE THIS FORM. THE CITY WILL PROVIDE 1-DAY LICENSES.*

Food Vendor - $200

This option is for businesses that currently have a brick-and-mortar location, that want to sell food at the event.

*YOU WILL NEED A CITY OF SPRINGFIELD BUSINESS LICENSE TO COMPLETE THIS FORM. THE CITY WILL PROVIDE 1-DAY LICENSES.*

Goods & Services Vendor - $150

This option is for businesses or organizations that sell goods and services (not food) that have a business license. If you're not a food vendor and you're not queer owned, this is the option for you. Nonprofits who want a booth only can also apply here.

*YOU WILL NEED A CITY OF SPRINGFIELD BUSINESS LICENSE TO COMPLETE THIS FORM. THE CITY WILL PROVIDE 1-DAY LICENSES.*

Queer Marketplace - $75

The Queer Marketplace features local individuals and queer-owned businesses of all kinds. Queer Marketplace vendors receive one booth at a discounted rate of $75. If a vendor would like to reserve an additional booth, any additional booths will be charged at the standard Goods & Services booth rate.
