Registration Forms
Thank you for your interest in Ozarks Pridefest! Please find the correct box below and then read the instructions carefully before proceeding.
For-Profit Sponsors
IMPORTANT: To fill out sponsorship forms, you will need your business license information including Official Business Name, License Number, and License Expiration Date OR a Group Sales License (whether you are selling anything at your booth or not). If you have any questions regarding your business license, please contact licensing@springfieldmo.gov.
Vendor Note: We want to ensure that all our vendors, including those with disabilities, feel fully supported and have the resources they need to work with us effectively. We believe in making accommodations to ensure equal opportunities and access for everyone. If you have a disability and require any specific accommodations to enhance our collaboration, please do not hesitate to reach out. After you submit your form, you will be directed to payment. Please be prepared to pay online immediately after submitting.
Non-Profit Sponsors
IMPORTANT: All Nonprofit organizations who are setting up a booth at Pridefest will need to submit their Nonprofit Solicitation License with a copy of the Secretary of State letter. Please note that this is NOT the same as your 501c3/tax exempt. If you have any questions regarding your business license, please contact licensing@springfieldmo.gov.
