Pridefest Vendor Form

Thank you for your interest in Ozarks Pridefest! If you have any questions, please email pride@glocenter.org.

Before you start:

  • You must have a Mobile Food Vending Permit to complete this form.

  • You must have a business license to complete this form.

    • For-profit Organizations: To complete this form, you will need to upload your business license OR a Group Sales License (whether you are selling anything at your booth or not). If you have any questions regarding your business license, please contact licensing@springfieldmo.gov.

    • Nonprofit Organizations: To complete this form, you will need to submit your Nonprofit Solicitation License. Please note that this is NOT the same as your 501c3/tax exempt. If you have any questions regarding this license, please contact licensing@springfieldmo.gov.

Business & Contact information

Mobile Food Vendor Permit

The City of Springfield REQUIRES all Food Trucks and Push Carts to have an active Mobile Food Vending Permit to participate in Ozarks Pridefest, whether you are selling products during the festival or not. If you are not sure if your profession or business requires a permit, please contact the City of Springfield at (417) 864-1017

You must upload your permit in order to complete this form.

City of Springfield Business License

For-Profit: The City of Springfield REQUIRES all businesses to have a Business License or Group Sales License to participate in this event, whether you are selling products during the festival or not.

Non-profit: The City of Springfield REQUIRES all nonprofits to have a Nonprofit Solicitation License to participate in this event, whether you are selling products during the festival or not.

Booth Information

Pride Parade

The Pridefest Parade will step off at 11:30 am at the Springfield Municipal Court parking lot on the corner of Chestnut Expy and N Benton Ave. Line-up is at 10:30 am for floats and motor vehicles and 10:45 am if you are walking. The parade ends at the square in Downtown Springfield at 12 pm.
